 Guest Relation Officer 

Primary Objectives :

Will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Relation Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the reception ticketing department.

Job Role :

  • To provide guests recognition at all times by welcoming guests on a continual basis.
  • To always go out of your way to satisfy a guest request and if an item or service is unavailable, to search for and offer alternatives.
  • To meet and greet all guests whenever possible.
  • To show initiative to make decision when handling guest complaints in order to achieve instant guest satisfaction whenever possible.
  • To check availability such the eg. Brochure, booklet, flyer time to time.
  • To assist the ticketing department as per needed.
  • Help to encourage loyalty by developing friendly and personalized relationship.

Sales Executive

Primary Objectives :

Under the general guidance and supervision Sales & Marketing Manager and/or Senior Sales implelement all sales activities in his/her area of responsibilities.

Job Role :

  • Implement all sales action plans related to her/his market area as outlet in the Marketing Plan.
  • Established and maintains files on major active accounts within his/her market areas.
  • Provide feedback to Sales & Marketing Manager, on changing market condition, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales, solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in his/her market areas.
  • Arranges sites inspection of Bali Topia.

Job's Requirements &Information :

  • Diligent and willing to learn, hands on result oriented and possed good communication skill.

Gardener

Main Scope and General Purpose of Job:

Maintains outdoor plants and environment of the Properties to keep the Bali Zoo's areas looks fresh,

clean, beautiful, tidy and well arranged.

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Take care of the outdoor plants by watering every day.
  • Propagate plants when necessary to minimize purchase from outside.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of nursery and replenish plants around Bali Zoo's area and other assigned places.
  • Cut the grass with periodical schedule.
  • Sweep, collect and bring out all rubbish at lay-out of Bali Zoo’s garbage bin outside to loading dock
  • Clean the drainage from being flood, water over flow, and waste collecting.

Required Skills :

  • Candidate must possed at least a Senior High School

Engineering

Main Scope and General Purpose of Job:

The Engineer/handyman is responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all machinery, equipment and engineering facilities of the facilities and ensures that there is no breakdown of the engineering systems which creates discomfort to guests and employees.

 

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all equipment to be used in anytime needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the Engineering area.
  • To carry out preventive maintenance of:

Water Heater; cold & hot water, AC SplitCold Storage, Kitchen Equipment and Room Refrigerator, as well the swimming pools.

  • Pumps, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Hydrants
  • Sanitary and waste water disposal system
  • Follow up all request order properly, after being approved by Chief Engineer
  • Saving energy program
  • All facilities should be checked and running well

Required Skills :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical & or Electrical) or equivalent
  • At least 2 (two) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required skills : General knowledge of Electricity, Plumbing and Sound system.

Lifeguard

Main Scope and General Purpose of Job:

To ensure the high standard Security and orderliness of swimming poll, Shower room & rest room, play ground and to safe guard the guest and their belonging around the pool.

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Procedures in the event of accident, drowning and fall.
  • To mind the guest of safety of belonging left at pool areas refrain the guest from doing something that endangers their safety of others.
  • Report and faulty and broken fixture.
  • Maintain good team work among the employees.
  • Keep watching and do life guard to the swimmer.
  • Report and send Lost & Found to Security office.
  • Report for duty in good clean uniform. Shoes, and neat appearance of hair, nail must be cut etc.

  • Present menu, may take order or suggest house special
  • Allocates seating of guests so tables may be fully utilised

Barman

Main Scope and General Purpose of Job:

Responsible for preparing and serves beverages in all bar outlets according to standard recipes, with excellent quality and high level of accuracy and urgency.

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Possesses working knowledge of wine, cocktail mixing and all beverages.
  • May be assigned to perform duties of Room Service or Banquet when needed.
  • May be assigned to perform duties in other F&B outlets when needed
  • Completes daily beverage inventory journal, bar opening and closing stock and initiates requisitions in accordance to the established par stock.
  • Take orders and promote beverage specials in accordance to the established standards.
  • Checks guest satisfaction and attend to guests’ request or inquiries regarding beverage and services at the public bar.

Food & Beverages Products

Main Scope and General Purpose of Job:

Under the guidance and supervision of the kitchen Leader, within the limits of established policies, procedures and Food & Beverage recipes, oversees and directs all aspects of the kitchen operation.

Is in charge of the maintenance and care of all F&B operating equipment.

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the function of all kitchen facilities and costs, hence contributes to maximizing the overall Food & Beverage department profit.
  • Control and analyze on an on-going basis the following:

Quality levels of production and presentation, Guest satisfaction, Merchandising and Marketing, Operating food cost, Cleanliness, Sanitation, and Hygiene.

  • Responsible for the preparation of menus under the direct supervision of the Kitchen Leader, taking into consideration of the following:
  • Inspects, when requested by Kitchen Leader, perishable food ite
  • Passes on to the Kitchen Leader daily market list requirements.

Required Skills :

  • At least 2 (two) – 3 (three) years working experience in Food & Beverages /Restaurant Services or equivalent
  • Familiarized with food costing & recipe.
  • Enrolled n Culinary Degree preferred Previous Experience with hot/cold line cooking techniques.
  • Good command in English both written and verbal.
  • Good knowledge of production management, haccp and food safety

Keeper

Main Scope and General Purpose of Job:

This position will primarily be assigned to a specific area, but may be reassigned or requested to work in other sections as needed at the discretion of the Animal Management team. This position will primarily be assigned to a specific area, but may be reassigned or requested to work in other sections as needed at the discretion of the Animal Management team.

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and administers appropriate daily diets at designated times; sees that animals have sufficient water that is refreshed regularly throughout each day. 
  • Implements effective behavioral enrichment for selected animals and establishes a thorough written routine for assigned section. 
  • Actively observes animals’ behavior, checking for any signs of illness or disorder; reports irregularities and abnormal behavior to Curator.
  •  Maintains accurate feeding, health, and welfare records of assigned animals.
  • Thoroughly cleans and disinfects assigned animal enclosures, and ensures cleanliness throughout the day.
  • Performs special assignments and projects as requested, and assists with other
  • shifts as needed & performs other duties as assigned. 

Required Skills :

  • Minimum of one year in the conservation and or zoo’s care, handling and feeding of animals in a zoological is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; and one year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. 
  • Good written and verbal communications skills are essential, English profieciency

 

 

 

Security

Main Scope and General Purpose of Job:

Conscientious while on duty, ensure the security and safety of Propereties.

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Full of vigour while on duty, comply with the job responsibility and unusual events, report in a timely manner.
  • Conform to and enforce policies, procedures, rules and regulations as laid down by company in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
  • Be good at observing; prevent unconcerned personnel from entering the hotel.
  • Keep watch on all security and fire-hidden peril. Finding, handling, and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Know well the hotel major area of security and fire-prevention. Regular check, master
  • Control, check and inquire the entry and exit articles.
  • Pay attention to the confidentiality through the work.

Required Skills :

  • Candidates must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma or equivalence 2 years experience in hospitality/tourism industry.
  • Possessing basic computer skill
  • Must have basic security certification ( GadaPratama)
  • Language ability : fair in English speaking
  • Willing work on shift or public holiday and weekdays and weekend.
